This Delivery Policy forms part of Tekmart’s Terms and Conditions and applies to all orders placed through the Tekmart website.

1. General Information

Tekmart aims to dispatch all orders efficiently and within the stated delivery timeframes. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be subject to factors beyond our control.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Orders received before 1:00pm on a working day are normally processed and dispatched the same day, subject to payment authorisation and stock availability.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Order cut-off times are provided as guidance only and do not constitute a contractual guarantee.

3. Free Delivery

Tekmart offers free standard delivery on all orders with a total value exceeding £300, subject to the following conditions:

  • Free delivery applies to UK mainland addresses only
  • Excludes the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands
  • Orders must be placed before 1:00pm on a working day

4. Delivery Charges for Orders Under £300

For orders with a total value below £300, the following delivery options are available:

  • Standard Delivery (2–3 Working Days): £7.99
  • Next Working Day Delivery: £9.99

Delivery charges are displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

5. Delivery Area and Service Limitations

  • Delivery services operate Monday to Friday only, excluding UK public holidays.
  • Certain postcode areas may not be eligible for next working day delivery. Customers are advised to contact Tekmart prior to ordering if delivery timing is critical.
  • Tekmart reserves the right to use an alternative courier service where necessary.

6. Receipt of Goods

  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
  • Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer once the delivery has been signed for.
  • Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and notify Tekmart of any shortages, damage, or discrepancies within a reasonable time.

7. Delivery Address

  • Customers may specify a delivery address different from the billing address at the time of placing the order.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed or redirected.

8. Delays and Liability

  • Tekmart shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather conditions, customs checks, or events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and do not form part of a binding contractual obligation.

9. Same Day Delivery

Tekmart does not currently offer a same day delivery service. However, we continually review customer requirements and service enhancements. Customers wishing to discuss potential same day delivery arrangements, subject to availability and additional charges, should contact our customer service team directly.

10. Amendments to This Policy

Tekmart reserves the right to amend this Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on the website and will apply to orders placed after the update
