Tekmart is committed to supplying high-quality mobile accessories and providing reliable customer service to our wholesale customers. This Returns & Exchange Policy outlines the circumstances under which goods may be returned or exchanged.
This policy applies strictly to business-to-business (B2B) transactions.
1. Incorrect, Faulty, or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that goods are received incorrect, faulty, or damaged, Tekmart must be notified within 7 working days of delivery.
- Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be accepted
- Customers must contact Tekmart before returning any items
- Upon verification, Tekmart will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at its discretion
Tekmart will cover return shipping costs only where the fault or error is confirmed to be ours.
2. Returns Due to Change of Mind
Tekmart understands that, on occasion, a customer may wish to return goods that are no longer required.
- Requests to cancel or return goods must be made within 7 working days of delivery
- Goods must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Returned goods must be sent back within 30 days of delivery, once return authorisation has been granted
In these cases:
- Refunds apply to the product price only
- Delivery charges and additional services (e.g. express delivery) are non-refundable
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
Tekmart recommends using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
3. Warranty Policy
All Tekmart products are supplied with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or excessive use
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper handling or installation
Warranty claims are subject to inspection. Tekmart reserves the right to repair, replace, or issue a credit where appropriate.
4. Assessment of Returned Goods
All returned items are inspected by Tekmart’s Quality Assurance team before any refund, replacement, or credit is issued.
- If no fault is found, no refund will be issued
- Tekmart reserves the right to apply a handling and inspection fee of 20% or a minimum of £10 (whichever is greater)
- Any delivery or handling costs incurred may be deducted
5. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Before returning any goods, customers must contact Tekmart to obtain return authorisation.

- Full business name
- Contact name and email address
- Delivery address
- Original order reference number
- Reason for return
- Whether a refund or exchange is requested
Tekmart aims to respond to return requests within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
6. Refunds and Processing Time
- Approved returns and cancellations are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) of receipt and inspection
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
- Depending on the payment provider, funds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account
7. Important Notes
- Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused
- Goods remain the customer’s responsibility until received by Tekmart
- This policy does not affect statutory rights where applicable, but consumer cancellation rights do not apply to B2B transactions
